Registration and Privacy
To register on the DAZZ online store, access the “My Account” icon in the upper right corner of the website and fill out the form with the requested information. After the registration process, your account will be activated and you will have access to your exclusive private area, where you can view your most recent orders, manage shipping and billing addresses, and edit your account details and password.
Note that DAZZ only uses your data for the commercial relationship between both parties and only shares your data with third parties because we comply with all legal obligations. Detailed explanations are available here.
Orders
To make a purchase, simply go to www.dazzcollection.com.
Select the desired item(s) (including characteristics such as color or size, if applicable) and add them to your cart. After adding the items to your cart, you must finalize the order by confirming the desired items and their respective quantities. If you have a promotional code, apply it.
If you choose to register on the site, the purchase process is facilitated, as your data will be automatically filled in. But you can choose not to have a customer account and proceed with the purchase without registering, as an anonymous user.
Carefully confirm the delivery method, the billing address and, if you wish, fill in your tax identification number. The last step is to select the payment method. For MB Way, Credit Card or Paypal methods, you will be redirected to the payment page; if you choose Multibanco, you will receive the payment details, which must be made within a maximum of 24 hours – after this period, the order will be cancelled.
Please note that orders placed before 12:00 PM on each business day will be shipped on the same day. After 12:00 PM, they will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
To which countries do we ship orders?
In short, to most countries in the world – check the updated list here. Products are shipped from Portugal by courier and delivered directly to your door (home or business address).
You can also opt for a pickup point (available only in Portugal and Spain), a network of collection points for your order provided by MRW – you can consult the updated list here.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs depend on the product category, size, country, and chosen delivery method. You should check the shipping cost and delivery time for each item.
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are regulated by the laws of each country. DAZZ is not responsible for any taxes applied to its products. It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed about the policies and taxes applied in their country.
What are the delivery times and locations?
Delivery times for orders depend on the product category, size, country, and chosen delivery method. For each item, please check the delivery time and shipping cost. You can consult the updated list with shipping prices and delivery dates here.
I saw an item on the website that was available, but when I went to make the purchase, the item became unavailable. What happened?
The items available on www.dazzcollection.com have limited stock, so they may become unavailable. However, because we have a wide variety of products, it is possible to find similar items that meet your needs and have the characteristics you want. You can also choose to wait, and we will quickly restock the sold items. You can also send us an email (info@dazzcollection.com) with your request, and we will respond as soon as possible.
What should I do if accessories are missing from a product?
Please double-check the product description details at www.dazzcollection.com to ensure that no accessories are missing. If something is indeed missing, please contact us (info@dazzcollection.com or +351 253 185 776).
Please provide your order reference number and product code. If the missing part is difficult to describe, please provide a photo and reference a similar product image at www.dazzcollection.com.
If we confirm that something is missing, we will send it free of charge.
Payment
Regardless of the payment method, you have 24 hours to make the payment – after this period, the order will be cancelled.
Prices already include VAT at the current rate.
DAZZ offers several payment options for your order at www.dazzcollection.com. Here is a brief summary of each:
– Multibanco (ATM)
Payment via Multibanco and bank transfer can be made through the Multibanco ATM network or your online banking. In either case, simply select “PAYMENT OF PURCHASES” followed by “SERVICES” at checkout. NOTE: This method is only available in Portugal.
– MB WAY
1. Select the MB WAY payment method during online purchase, in the payment area of the website.
2. Then, enter your mobile phone number in the same area.
3. Confirm the online purchase on MB WAY, through the notification or in the activity area… and that’s it.
– PayShop
Payment via PayShop can be made at any of the stores that offer this payment method.
– Visa or MasterCard
In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made to the user’s card immediately after the order is registered. You must fill in all the requested information. If the payment platform informs you that the payment has not been accepted, your order cannot be accepted and will be automatically cancelled. If any ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the user’s card after the order is closed.
– PayPal
You need a PayPal account. When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. ATTENTION: when choosing to pay with PayPal, the previously selected billing address will be ignored. Only the address registered in your PayPal account can be used for billing purposes.
– Bank Transfer
Please send us proof of payment to info@dazzcollection.com. Please note that this type of payment takes approximately 1 business day to be processed by our bank. Your order will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
You can use your credit card with complete confidence. DAZZ has implemented the HTTPS protocol, which reinforces the security of the website and customer data.
Can I make a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.
What should I do if I find that the price of the item I paid for is incorrect?
If there is a difference between the order value and the amount actually paid, you should contact us via email at info@dazzcollection.com or our customer support line at +351 253 303 404, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Portugal mainland time), indicating the invoice number and the amounts in question.
Deliveries
Delivery times for your order may vary depending on the destination or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of CONFRARIA. Normally, delivery times are as follows:
> Mainland Portugal: up to two business days
> Islands: up to 5 business days
> Other countries: varies depending on the country (see Table)

Shipping
Shipping costs apply to all orders. Shipping costs vary for mainland Portugal, the islands, and the rest of the world.
The ordering system automatically recognizes the location from which you are accessing our site (including the country) and automatically calculates the shipping cost.
You can also choose to pick up your order at the Casa das Estampas counter, located within the Santuário do Sameiro, in Braga, Portugal. If you choose this method, there are no shipping costs.
Exchanges and Returns
Under the legislation in force in the European Union, the USER has a period of 30 days to return or exchange their order, without needing to state a reason.
To ensure faster and more accurate processing, we recommend that the USER contact DAZZ beforehand before sending the item, in order to receive all the necessary instructions.
